Residence and surrounding land at Cooks River, near the south western border of Sydney Park. Built by AB Sparke in about 1815 and subsequently leased to merchant and starch manufacturer Adam Wilson until the 1840s. The land was in use as a racecourse and sporting venue by the 1850s before becoming the site of several brickworks. The ruins of the house were demolished in 1953.

Bath House Parramatta Park

Constructed in 1823 for Governor Brisbane, water was pumped through lead pipes from the nearby river, while used water was run off through drains of tunnelled brickwork and into a nearby duck pond. In 1886, Park Trustees converted the Bath House into a pavilion.

Group of 13 women from Hunters Hill who enlisted the help of the Builders Labourers' Federation to prevent construction work by AV Jennings on the last remaining area of native bushland on the foreshore of the Parramatta River in 1971. The BLF applied a Green Ban to the area.
